Would you go the hard way and try to compete in US? Or would you choose markets with lesser competition, but ones which are big enough, e.g. France, Germany, Spain? Or would you choose "exotic" markets like Indonisia, African countries, etc?
On which variables would you determine in which country to start? Or would you not care much about the country and orientate yourself by offers or other things?

If you are starting out, I would suggest you begin with a geography and language that you know.
