Mobile CTA's. [Tap Here] Vs. [Click here] Vs. [?]

Of course the best way to discover a best performing mobile banner CTA is to test, test, test. However I just want to start a conversion about CTAs as for the time being, I'm keeping my CTA constant and only testing out headlines. I want to keep my split testing simple in this preliminary stage.

I've went for [Click Here] even though mobile users are actually tapping. I thought that if the user sees a familiar phrase, they'll instinctively know what to do.
I wanted to go for [Tap Here] and most likely will try this CTA in my next stages of testing.

Also, I just ran a "Top Ads" report on WhatRunsWhere. Out of the top 15 ads, we have the following CTAs:

6 banners had no CTA at all. If 40% of the Top Ads had no CTAs; is this a trend likely to grow? I'm still yet to test out a banner without a CTA.

So what have you guys seen that works well and where do you sit on the [Click Here] Vs [Tap Here] question?

I think the only way to definitive tell what works is to run 2 banners with exact same colour, text, graphics, etc. Only change "click here" and "tap here" and see what gets the higher CTR and there you find your winner
