Angry Russian here. You may know me from How to Master Mobile series where I taught hundreds of mobile media buyers how to optimize their campaigns across different ad networks.
Many of you have been asking what I've been up to and finally I can share with you one of the most powerful platforms to hit mobile.
Adwill is the first mobile DSP that uses machine learning and big data to offer Pay Per Conversion pricing.
Imagine a media buying platform where you simply upload your creatives, destination URLs, and your CPA/CPI pricing and our algorithm bids on traffic across SSPs split tests and optimizing everything in real time. Forget worrying about eCPMs and managing your campaign bids simply focus on building strong creative, landers, and sourcing performing offers.
Simply add your campaigns and desired CPA our system does the rest.
You may be wondering how it's possible to offer pure Pay Per Conversion pricing, so let me explain. As a mobile media buyer you are simply using a methodology where you look at the performance of your creative, landers, placements, device, OS, etc and finding combinations that yield a higher revenue vs cost on a CPM basis. Our system leverages machine learning to do these calculations in real time on every impression we look at. We are so confident in our platform that we don't need to charge for "test budget" or try to optimize to a "CPA goal."
Simply add your campaign and pay only for the conversions we generate.
Of course our system can't turn crap into gold and will learn quite quickly if a campaign is a dud either due to poor creatives, payout, or offer. In that case our system will simply stop generating conversions. Either way you will only be charged for the conversions that we generate.

Right now we're in Beta working out bugs and scale. We're working with a handful of select affiliates to perfect the product before a full launch. Obviously as a member of this community I want STM'ers to get the first crack once we go live before the agencies and brands inflate the system making it difficult for affiliates.

Is this the beginning of high frequency trading, yet instead of a computer replacing a human to buy stocks, and watch the market, a computer buys ads, optimizes, keeps or cuts based on an algorithm. Pretty cool.

Just a quick update.
Out of the 50 or so beta testers we brought on 20% have re-deposited, indicating that they are getting value from the platform. The main concern everyone is having is why such low volume. The reason is we're still integrated into only a few SSPs. Also, our algorithm is still at a proof of concept stage and we need to ensure that everything works and is scalable before we turn it up.
With that being said, we are constantly making improvements to the algorithm and have a few traffic sources integrations in coming in the next month. Stay tuned and once we get the traffic up we will open up more spots.

Angry, i joined the beta last night. cant wait to get this going. all the features I really want in a marketing platform, ML and AI. a few questions, and I apologize if they are answered already
1: would I need a tracker? seems like offers are direct linked from your platform
2: i am assuming the answer is no, but will we be able to run adult traffic or mainstream only?

We can push it a little with aggressive landers, but NO adult. You do not need a tracker if you don't want one.
We use general creative banners like "1 new offer" and "play / download" and rotate offers once a user clicks that are converting best for that users based on where he is coming from, device, ip, etc. If your offer performs statistically better than others or your targeting is more suited for that user you will receive that visitor.

MY is one of our top GEOs
Volume will depend on how strong your offer is obviously. The better it does in the market the more inventory we can buy. We have access to the same inventory that most DSPs do.

We hit a new milestone, just wanted to share on here.
Over this past weekend we were able to do $5,000/day for one of our users for one of his offers. Our system is constantly testing variables to find the best offers and match it to traffic available to us in the exchanges. When our system finds a winner it scales quickly and takes advantage of the price inefficiencies in the marketplace.
Our distribution follows the 80/20 rules where 20% of our users get 80% of the traffic. It is a function of number of offers loaded per day, strength of offers (LP, payout, etc) and account balance. As long as all three are rocking our system will do its job of trying to find traffic and generate conversions.
