Can you recommend a network that has a good inventory of interstitial ads?

Start out testing the self-serve ones (MillennialMedia, LeadBolt ect.) and go from there
Almost all the mainstream ad networks now offer interstitials. Sometimes you just have to ask to get access. Branders LOVE it so prices can be $$$
