Hey Team, just wondering if anyone could recommend an option for my next step?
Basically I am wondering if I should try POF or mobile as my traffic source to try and master, for the purpose of building a list.
Just a bit of background, I already have a site that I have put quite a bit of time into, in the muscle building niche. My monetisation for it has been building a list by giving away a free ebook and then following up with regular emails pitching various clickbank products. I was using Facebook and it was going pretty well with slowly building up my list and a few sales here and there, but just as I was getting better with optimising my ads, I got the unexplained ban. I tried to query but just received the 'consider this final' email, so I have decided to move on.
Reading through the forum it seems that POF is highly recommended as a good newbie trainer but I am only hesitant because of the niche I am in and wonder if perhaps its not great for muscle building? I was wanting to stick with my one niche for now just because of the time I had already invested in it with the ebook and the setting up the list and sales letters. Also, I have bounced from shiny thing to shiny thing in the past and wanted to stay the course on something now.
Mobile was the other option I was thinking about just because of the huge traffic volumes etc, but is this a good option for list building in my present niche?
Sorry for the novel, but I feel like I am at a bit of a crossroads and committing to the wrong traffic source could be costly. Whatever I go with I want to stick with until I crack it. Maybe there is a better option than either of these?

I would suggest mobile. There many indeed be plenty of fish in the ocean, but some oceans will have more fish than others. There is no question that mobile is the big ocean these days.
Just look around your friends ... how many of them are on PoF? And how many of them are on a mobile device at least 100 times a day?
