Hi Stm!
How about you guys brainstorm a bit with the best cta's text for a sweeps offer to receive a "prize".
I'll test them if they're original. you could also use ones you've seen/worked for you of course!

Is this the wrong thread to ask about the mystical lander pm? Like what kind of angle works best for sweeps landers. What kind of images etc?

Definitely try testing slightly longer / more specific ones. There have been a bunch of studies showing specific CTAs producing a significant increase in clicks and conversions.

"Claim Your iPad Now!"

"Click Here To Win!"

"Want Your iPad Today? Click Here."

"Claim Your 64Gb iPad Air Now."

Also, I usually test a raquo ( » ) at the end of CTAs too. It often produces a small-moderate CTR increase.
