Tracking issue between Decisive and F5 (4)

I was hoping someone is able to help me out with this one:

In this instance, I'm using Decisive as my traffic source and F5 for my offer. F5 is showing that I'm getting conversions but Decisive isn't showing the conversions.

I'm using the following pixel: http://win.crwd.io/convert/{{{bidhash}}} per Decisive Support, but it still doesn't track conversions.

As a newb, I'd like to get this ironed out before I make the leap to Voluum and more complicated tracking scenarios.

Any ideas?

How are you setting your affiliate tracking link? That's the link from F5.

It should be http://f5mtrack.com/?a=321321&c=32132132&s1=SOME_TRACKING_INFO&s2={{{b idhash}}}

Then, you'd postback as: http://win.crwd.io/convert/#s2#

Also, get Voluum.

Get Voluum and then watch this guide from zeno repeatedly until it makes sense, I must have watched it 5 or 6 times in order to set up my first few campaigns: (password is stmrocks).
