I doubt you'll get many takers here...
Your best bet is to pick a placement and work the shit out of it until you have a good enough bearing on exo's base platform (bidding/budgets/freq caps and how they effect things) then move out from there.
Start a follow along targetting a low competition geo / placement and we can give you practical feedback.
Definitely start a follow along, not only fast paced learning on your own but many minds adding in thoughts helping you recognise what might be causing your lack of profits (If any)
Jump in this week and start one, pick a country but stay away from US to begin with, maybe something like Germany or France. Lets get this going and get you learning Exoclick :P
