First Mobile Campaign - Watch me fail

It's my first mobile campaign, my goal is green number. Possible?

Payout: $0.24
Traffic: Decisive and Zeropark (I have 1 month experience about Zeropark. Check my first follow along by clicking here)
Affiliate Network: F5 Media
Geo: Brazil
Angle: UC Browser can block 97% pop-ups.
CPM: $0.15 - $0.3

I made 8 banner about UC Browser, created 4 campaign Wifi-App, Wifi-Site, Mobile-App and Mobile-Site. I used direct link. Below are my stats:


Jan 14 and Jan 15 I ordered 1 banner from BannersLander. Stats:


Why my CR is too low? What should i do now?

Your CPMs jumped up suddenly - what happened? I think with $0.04 CPC you may struggle to get profitable on a $0.24 payout offer... the conversion rates on these are often very low even with a great angle.

Sorry because I was sick 3 days ago.

Update: UC Browser was paused. I'm running this offer directly in ucweb.com.

Also, I'm running Game of War in Adsimilis (Direct link to test offer)
GEO: South Africa.
Connection Type: Wifi (Because size of this game is 46MB, i think it's so large)

Stats:
Spend: $16.18
Revenue: $2.6
Conversion: 2
Profit: -$13.58
ROI: -83.93%

I think it's great because this offer can convert. I'm considering about use landing page with 10 - 20 angles to find the best angles.

I added 4 new banners and blacklist 2 old banners. Below are my stats:


My new landers have terrible CTR (1.83% - 2.13%).



I can't understand. When i used this lander for UC Browser offer, my CTR is 10% - 20%. What should i do to improvement my LP CTR?

The english on the LP copy is a little off/weird.

I have used script to display model, and country name in my LP so when i checked it in Google Page Insight, i see nothing.
