I am trying to split test a few US/UK adult dating offers on Exoclick but Im having trouble choosing the right CPM amount. When I view the RON Top CPM list and choose different carriers, I see that prices vary from 1 to 2,5 eur. Whats the difference between "All traffic price (0.185 eur)" and specific carrier like T-mobile(2,5eur)? When choosing US CPM amount, i dont have the carriers dropdown there, so its easy to pick the right amount. FYI, I am targeting specific sites, not RONing. Also, as I already began to ramble, what would be the "optimal" frequency capping on mobile adult dating campaigns and why?
The CPMs associated with targeting specific carriers will change due to competition - other advertisers are targeting these carriers and have optimised campaigns where they can bid much higher, so the traffic is more expensive than untargeted traffic that includes all carriers and WiFi.
Not sure about the RoN vs US dropdown menu differences, I don't use Exo but someone else may advise.

In Exoclick it is preferred to us Smart CPM system - it will save you money.
