Traffic Source For Physical Products ?

Have two friends I'm helping with advertising/marketing, both sell physical products, one is jewelery and the other is organic chocolate candy.

What traffic source would be the best to target with banner ads for physical products ? I see people discussing all digital products here but hardly ever physical ones.

Thanks in advance.

Banners will have the highest CPA for physical products. There are much better avenues. Adwords, Bing are two. Amazon has Product Ads where you can advertise the products from your external site and converts really well. It is CPC based with low CPCs as of right now. Its like Google shopping only better. There are tons of other traffic sources, but if I give them to you it will just paralyze you into non-action.

Yes for those types of products I would recommend search. Find people who have prequalified themselves with intent to buy, or learn more about, those specific products.

Anybody know if you can run affiliate offers with Amazon product ads?

I've dealt with Amazon product ads before, and believe me: anything related to advertising on Amazon SUCKS. They are awful at it, I don't know how, but they are incapable of making a good advertising platform. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
