Voluum Tracking problem / Mobile Sweeps campaign (F5 / AdCash) (3)

Hey guys!

I am running my first Sweeps campaign and have a tracking problem in Voluum right off the bat.

Long story short, Voluum is only showing my Visits and not Clicks or Conversions.

I thought an experienced affiliate could help me find the error quickly so I don't have to pause the campaign. Any help is greatly appreciated

So here is what I have so far ->

Here are the errors I'm receiving in Voluum:

"Invalid postback request"

"Postback request invalid. Click ID argument: {clickid}"

Error URL:

It looks like the above payout calculated correctly at $2.12, but the cid is displaying as %7Bclickid%7D which could be some sort of error in my token for Adcash causing an error in the calculation for clickid? I am attaching screenshots of everything which might be able to help even more.

I submitted a support ticket to both Voluum and Adcash but they are on opposite time zones as me.

I'm hoping it's some silly little mistake, check or token that I missed. If somebody could help me out I would really appreciate it!

I imagine the issue is that you have hardcoded your affiliate link as the CTA link on your landing page, hence why {clickid} is being passed as plain text.

The CTA link needs to be your universal Voluum link that sends people back to the tracker to then be sent off to whatever destination (the offers configured in the campaign).

Change your CTA URL to http://cpq1p.trackvoluum.com/click and you should be good to go - everything else looks fine.
