I am testing an Android App Install campaign and I want to test that my tracking is setup properly before I turn on live traffic.
If my offer is an android app with a geo restriction of say India for example then how do I test the offer all the way through to make sure that my communication between the Affiliate Network and my tracking system (
Install something like Andyroid on your PC or if you have an Android phone use something like AirDroid.
Connect to an Indian VPN server (on PC or on phone). Go to some site to confirm that you appear to be from India.
Load your tracker URL in your emulated browser (or real one).
Follow the HTTP headers to see where the redirects go. Ideally it redirects to the app store and tries to install the app.
