Increasing Life Span of campaigns

Here are some issues i encountered and I'm thinking HOW and what to resolve in order to increase the life span of campaigns

1. affiliate network claims traffic quality was bad, people were not using the app. this might be because i am promoting something that the app does not have. however the angle works very well. here are some examples
>>phone slow? install (insert non relevant high payout app here). while this targets a known problem and gets installs, but the user may not always keep the app leading to quality issues from affiliate network

2. traffic networks rejecting campaigns due to "no relevance". same as above but this time from traffic networks

i have noticed sooo many non compliant campaigns during research, are people bothering to make it compliant? or just trying to sneak through?

Solutions???

1. Pass banner, lander, angle, publisher IDs of some sort so that the advertiser can assess quality better > you can optimise traffic and stay on the offer.

2. Not sure what you mean here. Are you picking the wrong category? Or are the ads/products meant to be relevant to the sites they are being promoted on?

Thanks I'm already passing the data to get feedback.

I'm referring to clearly misleading ads. For example telling people this make their phone faster but actually it's a game. (not the best example). Somehow I see all these ads around and it leads me to believe that they are cloaking and this method is possibly more profitable than trying to find a correct way of promoting the game? Which is how fun it is?

1. what Zeno told you, plus the source of your traffic plays major role. Obviously, if you mislead the surfers, the lead quality will suck too.
2. what you see are cloacked campaigns.

im very curious why they are cloaked? is it because they are specifically blocking me? or is it that the really good campaigns are the minority?

Common man, you already know the answer to this question They are cloacked because they break the rules but bring nice ROI

Here is something I posted about resurrecting dieing campaigns.

http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread.php?6920-STOP-ignoring-angles!

"Thinking up angles don't only apply to new campaigns. Numerous times I have revived "dead" campaigns by flipping the angle on that shit.

STM guide examples:

Enhance rebill campaign with male perspective died. Resurrected with female perspective. That started dieing. Resurrected with scientific twist.

Music quiz ringtones campaign died. Resurrected with movie and tv show themes.

Daily deal "70% off" campaign died. Resurrected with focus on low prices instead of discounts.

Pet campaign "Get a dog training job" died. Resurrected by focusing on potential wages and not the actual job.

Battery app campaign "Improve your battery life" died. Resurrected by focusing on not letting peoples batteries die."

I've switched up the angle of nearly every big campaign I have launched. It works a treat.
