Currently i'm using geoplugin.net. Their paid version is cheap and easy to use however, they lack sophistication. They don't have any reports via which you can check how many requests you are making and whether you need to purchase more?
I looked ino maxmind, but i can't figure out if you can use their $12/mo country database account on multiple domains on just one domain?
The Maxmind service is JS so requested by the client/user, so I presume they check the site referrer and match that to a domain registered with an account.
So yeah, pretty sure it will be for one domain only. However since they charge per query you might be able to just add as many domains as you want.
I don't know for the maxmind country database but on their "GeoIP2 Precision: City" service you can add multiple domains. And it's very cheap, $0.0004 per query is almost nothing if you compare it with improvements it can make on your dating or any other campaigns.

They've just introduced City level GeoIP detection meaning you can drop the city name straight onto your LPs from your tracker query string without dicking about with any additional services.
