Pre-pop on submits with Aweber?

Can someone please share a basic tut or lp code that shows how to prepop with aweber?

Traffic -> Aweber form -> pre-pop email submit

More like: traffic > LP with aweber form > submit & redirect to offer with email prepopped.

Same thing. Use the advanced settings when you are editing your form in Aweber and it's as simple as checking a box. Done!

Do I need to enter the offer URL in the space above the checkbox or leave it blank?

I just checked out the videos and no it doesn't explain how to do it.

Can someone please share your code?
I hate running submits and not knowing how to capture & pre-pop.
I'm not asking for much.

what are you using to track with?
