hi, i have some problems about scale , i'm can test offer and get roi 100% ,but i'm only can get $100/day . i dont know where i can get more traffic , in mobile more than 400 traffic sources, and if i test all traffic source and the offer already died, i always test 100-200 banners and 1-3 banner will win . if i upload and test so many traffic and banners, i will die. i had test 3 traffic source and all down, and some traffic network can't approved my banners ,like virus banner and win ipad banner and other ,and when i test the forth traffic, the offer stoped and I was frustrated,not only i can't test other traffic but also i need to stop all traffic source, Because it's a lot of work that is. and then i try adw and fb, get more traffic but my account was ban and can't create new accout .

So your problem is not really with scaling but rather with getting uncompliant banners/campaigns approved ? Virus and sweeps are frowned upon by most mainstream ad networks.
Why would you test 100-200 banners if you already know what's working? Take the top 5 banners and try that on a new traffic source
different traffic the top banners are different
Yeah, but still better to scale with top creatives than not to scale at all. I would avoid perfectionism in that case and just test my top shit on as many places as possible. That worked for me in past.
