Requirements
- Running adult traffic
- Have or currently running XXX per day
- 4 hours a week for MM
- 30 Min weekly Call
- Willing to contribute and share to your level of comfort
- Can not miss more than 2 calls other then scheduled absence
*Content Will be added to Trello Board and Calls will be Through Skype
Read/Skim and Discuss revalvent Book/ PDF (decided by group) every 2 weeks
5 Actions steps you will take from what you learned
Short summary of what you got from book ( can be a sentence or 2 )
Discussed every other Call
Skype call Every Week ( will be a Tuesday or Friday time slot )
Review/ Critque top performing Lander/Banner or item you would like to examine
( figure where next high leverage point of improvement based on KPI,
also due to time we will probably pick 1 or 2 from group but if time is available will run through all )
Discuss 3 things going well , 3 things your currently struggling with
group discuss ways it can be resolved, fixed or made better
Dicuss/state next Milestone and or report if you reached it
