MASSIVE Click Loss (164 LP Click Throughs - 25 Clicks on Network)

Okay,
I'm experiencing a massive click loss from the LP Clicks to the network clicks.
According to Voluum, 164 people of 332 people clicked through the landing page. But ClickDealer registers only 25 clicks. Something is definitely wrong. I'm promoting an app install offer $0.35, spent already $8, no single conversion. I don't have a problem with loosing money but it surprises me that I just get zero conversions + that massive click loss.

Is it possible that I'm getting fraud traffic? Look at these stats. Many IPs have visited my LP several times, some even clicked through 100%

Most of the traffic came from only one app as well...

I can use all the help I need right now as my start was not good. When I promoted a Mexican telcel offer, I couldn't get enough traffic and now this. I expected to get a few conversions tbh.

Well, you have an obvious tonne of clicks from dupe IPs.

This is normal for mobile.

So, how many clicks has ClickDealer recorded if you include duplicates? Or is that 25 inclusive? I doubt it, since it's very unlikely that Voluum would register 150+ clickthroughs with Cake then only seeing <20% of those.

Have you also tested the conversion flow to verify this app converts - or is it proven already?
