Hi there,
I submitted a few banners hours ago and finally Decisive approved a few of them. Three of them were rejected.
One ad said "Potential virusses could read your Whatsapp messages". I don't get what is not compliant here. I'm not stating that the user has a virus. I'm just saying that a potential virus (that isn't even on his device) could read the messages.
I'm not lying and not doing false accusations. Actually I already contacted Decisive but they never reply. You don't get a rep assigned at Decisive. Whenever I shoot them an E-Mail they just approve the campaign and don't even reply.
My last E-Mail was asking them why it is not compliant. Still no answer...
What do you think? What makes something in your opinion compliant? (Even though it depends on the traffic source & advertiser).

AV is a bit of a dying art and you'll probably find it difficult to get anything approved that even dips its toes in the grey, let alone black.
Guys are still doing well on AV offers, however they can wreak havoc for networks especially if pushing traffic to GP. A lot of networks/exchanges banned AV a while ago.
If you can run AV on the source try a question and answer scenario - "Concerned about android virus? Clean your phone now". Weak copy but you get the idea.
I'd suggest not even bothering with anything Whatsapp-related, you won't be impressing the reviewers.
