I submitted a few campaigns to Google Display Network. It's an ordinary app install which can be found on Google Play. Nothing shady or illegal.
And all my ads are disapproved with this reason: "Local legal requirements - Russia".
Have you seen anything like that?
Do you have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?
Would greatly appreciate any help. I'm running out of ideas.
Every country has different regulations. I am sure if you Google and do a little research on the country and the type of ad and offer you will get an answer quite quickly.
I did the research but it showed absolutely nothing. It seems like nobody has such problem.
The only relevant page was the page that Google gave with disapproval reason:

But this page doesn't tell anything.
The only thing about Russia is:
"Examples in Russia: financial spread betting, information products with no age rating, cigarette lighters"
While I promote a simple browser app.
Geo-redirection by an aff link? Payment source issues?
Turns out it's a requirement to place age restriction on the banner (!) for Russia. Even their own AdWords support had to get back to me the next day with an answer because they didn't know the reason.

found that my destination url don't work correctly for the google bots
Remember that most of google bots are from us, so maybe bots are redirected due to wrong geo.
