Help chosing 2-3 ad networks for promoting CPA campaigns

Hi everybody,

I am ready to start promoting my first mobile CPA offers.

I have opened accounts in all major ad networks, but I have trouble choosing the best since I don' t want to create campaigns across dozens of them, ideally I would create campaigns in 2 or 3 networks, I guess this will fill everything just right.

I need international inventory, not only 1st tier with good fill rates. Mid-range payout offers - no adult. CPC preferred (although I can work with CPA too)

If you had to chose the best 2-3-4, what would you recommend?

Start with Google and Facebook. This should always be the core. Tons of scale and will work for almost any vertical. Lots of ways to approach things with targeting.

Smaller sources you could use and eventually master but there probably limited impressions or diversity of offers you could run.

Problems I fear with Google and Facebook is that they get too picky on creatives|verticals. I need some more freedom.

My intention was:

Decisive
inmobi
MillenialMedia
Airpush/Admoda

But I need a second opinion before jumping in.

These are excellent sources. I would skip Admoda, it's pretty low volume.

InMobi is big but you will need to get a rep and Site IDs enabled, so might want to save that one for later.

And on the plus side you can get access to all of those sources through Decisive.
