Affiliate Manager Acting Weird

Hi Guys

I'm encountering this problem. I asked my AM for recommended offers. But he seem to not entertain me . And yesterday i left him a msg on Skype and he's offline since quite some time. I decided to sign up for mundo media. Hoping this AM is better . My approval is still pending.

To cut the long short, i couldn't start any campaign without applying any offer.
I was thinking to search the offer myself since AM is acting like a bitch.

What's your advise?
If you have been through this situation, how do you handle this?

Unfortunately that's something u have to deal with if you're new. Be super honest with them that you're new and see if they can help you out. Otherwise, you're always free to change your AMs to someone who care.

Just tell your AM you're new and it's his job to point you in the right direction, tell him it takes only 20-30 minutes of his time to pull up a excel file with the offers which have the highest epcs or best converting offers. If they don't understand that, tell them you're taking your business elsewhere and move on! Don't waste your time with sour AMs, there is tons of AMs out there willing to go the extra mile, this one you'll just have to get rid of.

For mundo, pick up the phone and call them. Speak to your AM and he will be able to advise u accordingly. As for the other network, speak to someone higher ups and request to change to a new AM if you've tried your best to contact your AM but to no avail.

Try talking to him first and explain the situation.

If nothing changes ask for a new AM. Done it many times, worked perfectly most of the times.

Sorry to hear that. It would drive me crazy to not have a good relationship with an AM if I were running traffic. Let me know if i can help or answer any questions!
