I started a campaign with LeadImpact and I was waiting for my keyword list to be approved, but this is what I received from LeadImpact :

What does it mean? 
It means that company is running ads with them and part of their contract states they won't allow others to run it as well. I have gotten that for a few campaigns I have tried to create. At first I thought it was the url I was trying to run it on but it turned out to be the offer I was trying to send them too.
Easy fix = Cloak + Approval THEN Switchlink back to Offer 
Offer is being running internally. You could be retarded and bait and switch and cloak - or just adjust. Move to another niche or another offer. But you're probably like most retards in this industry who are after the quick buck, who don't care about building lasting relationships with traffic sources and advertisers. So cloak the shit out of it and see how long you can make it before you get banned. Who cares if you get banned? VPN and proxy that shit and get a new account, it's easy. Good luck bro.
