(Decisive) What are this values?

I've been wondering what "dt" and "incrowd_clickurl_test" means?
I got many visitors from those on my previous campaign.

incrowd_clickurl_test , I think that's the reviewers checking your lander.

That'd make sense. I got the "dt" value as well even before my campaign was approved though.

Could mean anything... Decisive test?

If it comes before real traffic it's a review process. I imagine the ISP data shows it's all from one ISP/location or it's from a mix of testing stations, e.g. all from Amazon data centers.

Is there any way to delete this data from Voluum or the affiliate network?

Nope, you cannot reset/remove any data in Voluum. Hopefully they'll add that feature soon.
