Hey guys,
I wanted to try out a few app install offers on facebook. After reading around, I have come to know that I can't direct link to app install and I need a simple landing page from where user should click to proceed to the play store. Correct me if I am wrong on this.
What advertising type should I go for in facebook. For the mobile newsfeed, you need your own page and can advertise the page. The other type seems to be mobile partners. What should be the dimension of the image? and how to go about it?
Thanks
Edit
Just realised, I should just use clicks to website and select Right hand side ads but should target mobile users in the behaviour section. Also, thanks to the below user, it seems that I can direct link.
Only question I have left is of image sizes. Facebook recommends 1200 x 628 pixels.. What size should my ad images be?
Yes, read my note above.
Also, mobile = news feed only... the RHS ads have absolutely no involvement with mobile. If you have ever used FB on mobile you'll notice the app doesn't have a right hand side...
Images for page link posts on mobile should be 1200x627.
