Fluent in English + written Mandarin, French, Spanish or Russian?

You guys have likely all seen the animated onboarding I made, right? (http://stmforum.com/onboard).

Some of you probably hate it after getting trapped in it for a while, lol

Help me translate it!

I'd like to get then entire thing - about 1000 words - translated to Mandarin, French, Spanish and Russian. (It's not that much - see http://prntscr.com/5nj3eb)

If you're fluent enough in English to understand all of the animated guide text and are have excellent written skills in one of the above languages, then post here!

Translate it for me and I'll give you $50 USD (Paypal).

Since STM loves giving back, I'll wait a week for you guys to put yourself forward here and then if there are multiple candidates I will give the job to the most newbie person - i.e. to whom an extra $50 pocket money will have the bigger impact.

And yes, I hated being trapped in it hahaha

Zeno, up your rate on this mate. $.05 per word is too low.

Hmm, well I guess it is if you go by the price per word for an expert through OneHourTranslation.

I just figured it would take someone maybe an hour to do, maybe less depending on their typing speed and translation skills.

...and for someone living in China or Russia, $50/hour isn't too shabby!

But I'm open to negotiation. Not trying to be a cheapskate, just thought this would be an easy $50 for someone who doesn't have much to put toward campaigns.

Stay tuned, I'll try to come up with something a bit more compelling!

I'm not an expert(I would need edits), but I would practice with the Spanish. Do you have a word doc?

Hi Zeno,

I actually can't translate it into Mandarin HOWEVER my wife (Chinese) can! She works in translation and interpretation for CH-EN and EN-CH.

I'm also a super newb and just started running a few campaigns.

Please give this job to me.

Cool, should work out then provided she can figure out any IM words where the Mandarin translation might be jargon, e.g. mobile, creatives, tracking, etc.

In any case we can post the result for other Mandarin readers to check!

Hit me up via PM.

I took a glance at the text - in compare to complicated Russian language it's simple enough. I was damn good in writing back to the hi school, so I know what I'm talking about.

I don't like to take money for helping STM, so I could do Russian version for free with my pleasure, but on the other hand, I wouldn't like to steal ability to earn $50 from someone who really need it.

Zeno, you are the boss, it's up to you to decide whether you want it Fast 'N Free or by your initial set of rules.

Let's just do this: offer open until 7th of Jan, after which I'll just go with whomever has posted here.

$50 isn't much so I don't really expect people to jump out of their seats for this. Maybe if I said $200 people would be lining up heh, but there's not much point in me paying more than OHT since I'm sure most of the language is pretty standard.

@ershaka It's all yours! I was enthused to do it, but realistically I don't have the time right now.

I can help with Russian translation if you still need it.
No need for money, value of this forum is much bigger than costs.

Great, thanks! The text is in a Dropbox link earlier in the thread. Any/all help mucho appreciado.

I've had people help out with the Mandarin already, and just realised I hadn't PM'd Mehdi. Far too distracted!
