Curious if anybody could help me find a traffic source that has web interstitials traffic?
This is what I've found so far:
adclickmedia - but its $.20 per click
adf.ly - but cannot target publishers
clicksor
sitescout - has some traffic
linkedin - found some people selling them, emailed them but no response
but is there anything else? I searched everywhere in this forum and google and this is all that I've found..
any help would be appreciated

Just stuff found on the first page of google.
For mobile don't forget Decisive! We don't separate out interstitials right now but you can do it by sizes like 300x250 (half interstitial) or 480x320 (full page interstitial) and then choose "Site".
