Does this indicate that only provided LP's can be used or only provided LP's and banners?
This generally means that only banners that have been provided by the advertiser can be used. The same will apply to landing pages though the advertiser rarely provides these, so you'd need to check with your AM and get them approved (or they'd just say no LPs allowed).
