Yesterday I made my first deposit to Decisive and this morning I received an email stating that my account has been suspended until I provide proof of identity (state issued ID), a picture of the credit card I used, as well as proof of address. I'd rather not have to send photos of my credit card and ID via email. Has this happened to anyone else before? I have emailed Decisive for clarification of why this is required.
Just typical anti-fraud measures really... not so uncommon.
Not sure the CC picture is that necessary but see what they say.
Sent them pictures of my ID and proof of address but still waiting for a reply or for my account to be unlocked... This is frustrating!
True... I'm just itching to get started, though I probably picked the worst time of year to do so!
Why don't you at least set yourself up on other self service traffic sources while you are waiting like Facebook and Google?
This is quite normal. Most sources will expect some form of ID and CC verification to prevent fraud/chargebacks.
@cmdeal Great idea, will do.
@mcsteve Checked up on it for you. Looks like you are good to go!
Yep got the all clear last night, thanks!
