I'm about to start running my first mobile campaign but was curious about something. If the DSP or RTB has no variable for tracking carriers should I avoid it? I will be running app installs...
Do they allow you to block carriers? You can always use 3 party tracking to identify them, then block them on the DSP.
What's the DSP/platform?
