I am new to this forum.Been reading stuff on this forum and taking points for the past few days.So I am confused about choosing about my first traffic source.I am thinking of Decisive or Facebook ads.I had used Facebook ads in the past for my personal android apps to generate installs.
Now I am thinking of using Facebook ads to promote mobile SOI pin submit offers and app installs offers.Is this a good idea?Also I can't seem to find the option for carrier targeting in Facebook.Is this option available in Facebook?Also let me know which network should i start with?Decisive of Facebook?
1) PIN submits are not appropriate for Facebook and will get you banned (unless you are proficient at cloaking). Again, the offers themselves are not something Facebook condones.
2) There is no carrier targeting. You can target all traffic, or WiFi-only. You can also target connection method (2G/3G/4G) with limited coverage - not sure how many countries are covered by this targeting spec yet and/or how the audience size changes.
