Hi all,
just going to test a campaign promoting 2 legitimate web subscriptions.
I have a LP on a techie style blog that is a Guide to do blah blah
At the end of the guide, I recommend using 1 of my 2 favourite products - both aff links obviously.
Offers are legit, guide is relevant, links are not cloaked.
Should I be concerned about using my adwords account in respect to being banned? or is that ok these days?
Hugs in advance
@jacklord: If you have links to some other pages/content that people can visit from your LP (e.g. News, etc) you should be fine! Remember, Google wants advertisers to provide value to their users, so if you are providing at least some value, you should be good!
Even if you got dinged for a "bridge page," it's unlikely they would ban your account for this. Most likely they would just ban the page, until you made changes that fit with their policy to which you could submit for review.
If your site consists of just that one page, you'll be seen as a bridge page, yes.
If your site consists of just that one page a few stolen articles from another website, you'll be seen as a bridge page.
You need to add useful content. Home | About | News | Articles | Reviews | Contact | Privacy Policy | Terms. (All the stuff that a real website has.)
It also helps if you provide "something" about the website that can't be found anywhere else. Unique content, insights, comparisons, customer reviews, etc. They really like that.
