The problem is my AM never online on Skype, I never did a single chat with him till now.
What should I do?
I want to discuss many things with my AM. But I only can contact him via email.
Is this a good sign or what?
Maybe you should send him an E-Mail, asking nicely why he's never online on Skype. My AM at MundoMedia doesn't even accept me on Skype.
I'll send him an E-Mail soon as well. If he ignores the E-Mail, I'll call them personally. You should maybe do that as well.

If all that fails call the network or get in touch on linkedin and just ask for a new AM.
Done it many times, works like a charm.
Two things:
- if your AM is in a different time zone, they may have different working hours to you. Always a good idea to have your AM in a similar time zone. Leave a message on Skype asking for a convenient time to chat at, for example: 9:00 AM +X.00 GMT.
- it's the holiday season, so many AM's may be having a well deserved break.
Mundo Media can be contacted by Skype/Phone. I was in touch with them just 2 days ago.
Try contacting the network by phone in their office hours, assuming it's not a holiday period.
