ATTN: MundoMedia Tracking Domain "sofcotrk.com" is Down -- Update Your Campaigns
I just noticed that Mundo's "sofcotrk.com" tracking domain is down.
A quick Whois lookup brought up the following nameservers:
Code:
NS1.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM
NS2.SUSPENDED-DOMAIN.COM
If you have any campaigns with Mundo using that tracking domain, I'd suggest swapping it out for one of following
working domains asap:
chlcotrk.com
mmtrkpy.com
mmtrksk.com
Just replace the domain portion of the tracking link without touching the rest and you should be good.

Oh wow, wonder where the suspension came from?
Good on ya for the bulletin! No doubt may save quite a bit of collective $$.

My AM alerted me this morning that it was related to some download offers, so I'm guessing it was just like what Polarbacon was talking about in his epic toolbar installs thread. In which case they should keep those types of offers on a separate tracking domain from other non-download/toolbar offers. Seeing how sensitive that vertical is. I know some of their top revenue app installs like PSafe were on that domain as well.
And yeah, that was the intention.

Hopefully some of you guys were also able to catch it in time.
The official announcement from Mundo came in almost an hour ago, so looks to be down for good.

Guys, as @dragoshsd has mentioned, Thrive has you covered.
Here's the email from Mundo: http://screencloud.net/v/ektn
If you are on Thrive, you can remedy this situation in a matter of seconds.
Thrive was built with automation in mind, and we have a myriad of automation features to handle specific situations such as these.
In this case, use the "Batch URL Edit" feature:
http://screencloud.net/v/pAXM
Just select all your MundoMedia offers (or just select all offers since it will ignore ones that don't match) and do a find & replace and swap the old domain with the new domain.
We have been building tracking platforms for the past 3 years, and we have the experience to cover you in many unforeseen situations that may lie ahead
Happy holidays, everyone!

Extremely useful feature. Didn't know about this.
Network tracking links don't do down too often, but I'm sure this could be used to easily replace landing page URLs when you're just regularly swapping links to avoid getting picked up by spy tools and whatnot.
Thanks for sharing Tom, I definitely look forward to testing Thrive.
