Frequency Cap for Popups

Hi,

I was wondering what frequency cap I should put for sweepstake popups? I usually put 1 every 1 week. Should I lower my frequency cap to 72hrs instead? Any suggestions?

I usually start mine somewhere between 1/72hrs to 1/week and let it run for a few days like that to gather data. Then, when I get it optimized I'll lower the frequency, which brings more volume.

If it won't get profitable at 1/72hrs I'll raise it to 1/week, 1/2weeks, etc.

* Experiment, then adjust based on your results.

Depends on the niche.

For some I do 1/24 and for other 1/48.

As always it's best to split test instead of guessing, it depends a lot on the offer you are running.
