Popads Not Accepting Payment from Vietnam?

I registered an account with Popads traffic source several days ago but just found out that they don't accept any types of money deposit from Vietnam. Does anyone know how I can get through this problem? Many thanks!!!

Faced the same problem for Russia. IMO that's stupid but that's their problems. Just blacklisted popads for myself and move forward

Just email them and tell them you don't do illegal shit and they'll let you use their platform
