is there a way to track bing ads extension call (the option without site) ?
i've searched alot but didn't find nothing. just ringpools but you need landing page. and i want the user to call straight from ads.

I don't believe there is.
Google has call forwarding tracking on their extensions, but it's not perfect.
I would suggest using a separate tracking number per ad group.
