STM London is arriving fast!

We’re just under 3 months away from the largest affiliate meet up to date. We’ve been putting in lots of hard work to change up the way of networking going on in the affiliate industry. STM London will focus on this. Throughout 3 days you’ll learn more than you ever at other conferences. Our speeches are narrowed down specifically for our industry, and a mix of networking events will put you in touch with affiliates, advertisers and traffic sources that surround your type of business and traffic.

The hotel Club Quarter is already full for the 9 to 12 march 2015.
I've booked a room at the The Grand at Trafalgar Square witch is just a few doors away in the same street.
The two hotels seems to be pretty much the same, pictures of the rooms are identical.

For those who *THINK* to go to the event but are not sure, I suggest to book the room right now with booking.com as they offer a free cancel until the 8 march 2015.
So you can book the room now and cancel it until the 8 march 2015 and pay nothing at all.

Current price for the standard room is £644,40 for 3 nights.

I will probably bring my lady to Day 1.
Day 2 and 3, she would need her own forum username, right? Nobody bringing +1s to those days? They are more networking focused so this would make sense - but please confirm.

When we selected traffic source, does that place us into a certain networking stream? I checked 'mobile' but in truth it's the least of my revenue at the moment and may not be majority until the rest doesn't work anymore. But I want to learn more about mobile so it was probably the best decision...

Yes, this is the idea

Day 1 is leisure and more of a meet and greet, day 2 gets down to business and day 3 is leisure/business.

Choosing a traffic type on the signup won't put you in a specific category, you'll choose those categories during the in person badge collection.

When do most people will to arrive - 8th or 9th? Also, what will be the schedule for the final day i,e., 11th Mar? Is it possible to catch the late evening return flight on 11th after the event?

Asking these questions because I'm just wondering how many nights to book the hotel for? Is checking in on 8th March and checking out on 11th March a good idea?

Based on the schedule in the final day i.e., 11th March, I will decide whether to checkout on 11th itself or 12th?

Please post your suggestions.
