Sometimes I feel confused with the traffic.Does higher bid mean more traffic,better impressions & higher conversions?
And how does adnetworks distribute the traffic ? The daily budget , bid and frequency cap can also affect the traffic distribution,right? And how?
it depends on the traffic source. but in general, yes higher bids bring more traffic. and in some cases, higher bids get you on better ad placements.
Instead of asking questions about how ALL traffic sources work... My advice for you would be to pick one (1) traffic source and figure out how it works.
Because almost every traffic source on earth is different.

There are some basics though. Usually the higher your bid and higher your CTR is, the more traffic you'll get.
This is why so many people focus on high CTR banners, because it's the best way to get more clicks without having to bid extremely high.
