Decisive RON?
So I'm almost ready to launch my campaign but I'm not sure who to target first. Is is a good idea to do a RON to collect targets? Is RON even possible on Decisive? If so, how would I go about doing that? The reason why I ask is because on ZeroPark there is a RON option, but I do not see this option on Decisive. Thanks!

I usually take this approach (which is as much RON as it gets):
- Only target neccessary campaign stuff (country + for apps the Android/iOS; for subscriptions the carrier.....)
- Let it run for some time, for low payout app installs I'm doing $20 - while blacklisting 3x - 5x payout without a conversion placements
- Then depending on the results from that initial run either splitting everything profitable into a new campaign and running both, or
- Just letting the campaign spend more while split-testing stuff and continue the blacklisting
The cookbook recommends doing 4 campaigns selecting different carrier and connection type. But I don't really get this one, imo at least on Decisive it is much more effective to just launch 1 campaign. You're going to see the wifi/mobile and app/site performance pretty good in the statistics, and with Voluum you can also drill down to stay away from "mixing things up".

I also don't fully get that one.
I've now set up both options (one 4-split and one totally different campaign aggregated) so I can see with my own eyes what would be the difference. Currently waiting for approval on those.
I kept the Decisive and
Voluum setup in sync, but then in other threads I see some people do it differently and 4-split in Decisive while aggregating in
Voluum.
So not sure what the most ideal setup would be. Instinctively I'd say that if you want to quickly test stuff then just doing a single aggregated campaign in both Decisive and voluum is fine, or am I missing something then?
Also, the two times I did a 4-split, Decisive was not 100% decisive as they approved just 3 out of the 4 campaigns, which is a bit of a teaser.

Thanks for the help
I too, will be following the mobile cookbook, so thank you for the tips on that!
