I've had some success with adult, but I want to take advantage of mobile, as I hear and see that mobile have more scaling room for campaigns + campaigns last longer than adult + is hard for competition to steal your campaigns.
Thing is it is very hard. So I decided to be humble and open a Follow Along.
Here are a few things about my journey with mobile so far
* I have started like 20 days ago
* Spent $900 on traffic, made around $120 back; Also invested $ 150 on WRW
* I still have $1200 on my Decisive account.
* I'm Brazilian. Sometimes I hear it is a great advantage, because I can spy/create angles easily. Other times I hear I shoudn't promote here, as here is a very competitive country.
* I tried only App Installs offers (Speed Booster / Baidu Pages)
* I just now started using Landing Pages +
* Every campaign so far starts at like -90%
* Already tested over 40 banners 320x50 for + 20 Landing Page variations for the offer Du Speed Booster.
* Best Consistent ROI so far was -50%. In a small website, promoting Du Speed Booster. I tested there all these 20 LPs + 40 banners + same offer on 3 different networks, but still didn't got a ROI better than -50%. Daily spent on lowest CPM possible for this placement is $30. I'm paying the lowest CPM possible to have some volume on this placement (0.43 CPM).
* Best banners I got were the ones I did. The WRW spied banners didn't worked as good as mine.
As most follow alongs stop after a few days, so I'm trying to keep the goal for this one very simple: $10/day.
I've not uploaded anything to Decisive right now yet, because I'd like to have some advice here on the best way to $10/day.
My main concern right now is if App Instals are really a good place to start... They seems to be hard to convert. I heard Pin submits are better?

Good luck man, I am into the same situation like you and I am thinking of moving to PIN submits... those 0.25 app installs - I have no idea how people make them profitable... wanna have a quick chat over skype to share some ideas ?
If you're getting no traction on utility app installs, try doing something different. Mobile content subscriptions, PIN submits, lead gen, etc.
Look into sweepstakes type supermarket vouchers in BR - Planet 49, runs under Big Bang Ads, is a good network for that.
