Clickdealer conversion issue? Anyone else? (9)

Clickdealer conversion issue? Anyone else?

I have a couple of campagins running right now that have been running okay for the past couple of weeks with offers from clickdealer.
They are small mobile adult campaigns.

When I logged into Voluum tonight through my phone, I expected to see that the campaigns were running a little bit slower then the weekend, (as monday is always a slow day), but when I saw no conversion at all I found it a bit strange.

In this screenshot you can see what a ussual day would look like in Voluum for these 3 specific camps running only with clickdealer offers:

This is an average day, and as you can see the average CR is about 7-8%

Now for tonight it didn't display any conversions at all:

In this screenshot, the conversion that did register in Voluum, is a conversion of a pixel I fired manually when going through my funnel to make sure voluum is not the problem.

So knowing voluum is not the issue, I fired up HMA and went through the funnel again going to the lowest payout offer (it's a SOI), and performed the steps needed to normally have a conversion pixel fire.
It didn't register in Cake, and ofcourse it also didn't register in Voluum.
So I went ahead and tested another clickdealer offer I have running in one of the 3 campaigns (other geo, aslo SOI), and same thing, steps performed, yet no conversion pixel fired or registered on cake or voluum.
If it was just one offer not registrering, then I could understand that maybe the offer owner has changed something that would affect conversions overnight, but it is mutiple different offers that don't have a pixel fire when the appropriate steps have been performed by the visitors.

Contacted my AM and we will go check it out tommorow when he gets back in the office.
For now stopped my traffic.
Is anyone experiencing the same thing tonight?

Sounds like the advertiser pulled the offer, messed up tracking, or similar.

When this happens you should pause traffic and talk to your AM immediately.

I wouldn't make any judgements based on your tests of other offers as many VPNs are blacklisted by Cake/HasOffers and won't trigger conversions - you need to try with several if doing this type of testing (usually). HMA is especially bad at being blacklisted in my experience.

Talked to my AM, but we can't seem to resolve the issue.
He tried firing a conversion but nothing was registered in cake.
I personally think the issue could be one of 2 things:

-Either something goes wrong at the advertiser side, an no pixel is being fired when a conversion happens (which I highly doubt, as it seems that cake/clickdealer doesn't register a conversion with multiple different offers)
-Or something goes wrong on the cake platform/ at clickdealers end, and conversion are not being assigned to my affiliate ID.

Just to make sure, I asked my AM if my account got blacklisted by accident or something like that, and he assured me that was defenitely not the case. (And I truly believe him when he says so)

I am going to run 50 dollars worth off traffic tonight as a last effort (on a normal day, this would generate somewhere between 75-100 dollars of revenue).
If I don't see a conversion showing up after tonight then the only thing I have left to do is move along and use the offers of a different network that I had split test in the begining of these campaigns (they preformed a bit less then the ones on clickdealer, but still better than dumping these 3 camps)

Sorry, but why on earth would you run any traffic to this? There's clearly an issue between the network and the advertiser that needs to be resolved before you should send any traffic. Usually the networks have backend access to the advertiser's CRM, so they should be able to see if conversions were still generated. If your AM tries to force fire your pixel with a test conversion and it doesn't work, DO NOT RUN THE OFFER UNTIL THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. This will save you a lot of time.

Over and out.

Yes sir! This is not really clever to continue with the traffic if even your AM isn't able to make a test conversion.
Anyways, clickdealer is pretty great regarding such problems. They refunded me over 10k at 3 different campaigns because of technical stuff like this one.

Well the 50 bucks off traffic was meant as a last ditch effort before me no longer putting effort into resolving this issue.

As expected, no conversions.

I will send a link of this thread to my AM now, and show him I did all I could on my end.
As far as I am concerned, its something technical on clickdealers end and they will have to look into it with their "techies".

Yes, don't get me wrong,
I am not holding any grudges against clickdealer. My AM has always been good to me, and I am sure technical issues like this could happen at any network. It would be nice to see the issue resolved though, as I like working with them.

Unless the conversions are being registered a few days later and your AM can confirm this, I'd stop the traffic.
I have seen the advertiser screw the landing page a few times which totally killed the conversions.
