Mobile (Wap) Single Click Billing - Countries and Providers?

Hey Community --

I plan to start a new offer for mobile devices. I am looking for countries and providers where the 1click billings (aka singe click billing / wap billing) is not as regulated as in Germany.
I.e. I dont want countries where the user MUST click on "I agree" and then then again click on "Buy". I am looking for 1-CLICK possibilities.

I guess you are talking about the MSISDN Flow. Asking your AM for such an offer would probably tell you the answer.
As a German citizen I know that offer visitors need agree to shitloads of stuff before actually subscribing lol.

It's always changing, but there's a bunch. Argentina, Netherlands, Columbia..

I don't find these nesscerily to convert better than 2 click flows, do you?
