Jv partner / apprentice wanted: I made 700k on ppv this year and i'm tired!

I am looking for a JV partner that can take on and help me with the PPV side of my business. I am moving into other areas mainly adult and mobile but I would still like to stay in the PPV game.

What I am looking for:
- A hard working, eager, tenacious and HONEST person that is willing to do whatever it takes to succeed. Let me reemphasize the HONEST part. I know this game and know it extremely well, but I just don't have the time to focus on it anymore.
- Someone I can train to run camps, optimize, prospect and scale.
- Someone with experience with CPA marketing (doesn't have to be specifically in PPV). Please no complete noobs, it would be hard for me to have time to train someone completely new.

This can be clean offers or we can cloak. Prefer white hat though as cloaking is a major pain in the ass dealing with account bans and other BS and IMO it's just not sustainable.

I have an unlimited budget.

My challenge here is that most talented people are already working for themselves, but there are always situations where the right person needs capital, mentoring and direction. This is the person I am looking for. I know because I have found them in the past.

I have 8 figure goals to hit in 2015 so let's make it happen.

ABOUT ME:
Started hitting AM hard in late 2012. Started on Facebook in dating, moved to nutra, and most recently high volume PPV, adult and mobile. In the last two years I went from having a few thousand dollars to over 1 million in revenue (at least 50% margin) in less than two years and pretty much on my own.

I have tried to do this one time before and it was crazy the amount of people that responded. So please if you message me, tell me about yourself and exactly why you think you are a fit for this opportunity.

I would recommend trying to hire someone local who doesn't know the space and training them. Just a thought.

Yea man I live in Playa Del Carmen so not really sure that is realistic

I am going to try. I now have over 70 submissions. I have to maintain and work on my business also. The response has been a little overwhelming. I don't exactly have an HR department.

Hello themillenium,

This sounds interesting I'd be willing to touch base with you and discuss it. I work online all day and run my business but it requires little time so I have from 9-5 Mon-Fri including weekends too, I have experience in most things besides only PPV, although, I have just started setting up campaigns and know the basics and have CPVLab and a good VPS as well. I also have money if its needed for testing purposes. Shoot me over a PM if you still need someone.

First of all everyone I want to start by apologizing. Every person that wrote me deserves a response and I failed. The response I received was overwhelming and because of my lack of preparation I buried it. I am trying to be a little better everyday but still a long way from perfect.

Good news is, we are crushing everything we touch, building something unique, and having a lot of fun doing it. We are working on an amazing concept, something sustainable, something stable, and yes we are also doing this on Facebook, on PPV and major media display exchanges. This isn't a pump for a launch because you will never be able to buy this. But there are keys to the kingdom you just need to be handed them by the right people. Sadly it won't be available to everyone, only a select few, the top .1% of those that apply will be accepted. Thank you again for being patient and sticking with me.

So much to do, so many opportunities, so little time. A group effort is required to impact change.
