Media Buying Help / Info Needed (4)
I have looked all over the forums and got tidbits here and there... still not clear on the best choices and options though.
What is the difference between say Trafficvance and LeadImpact vrs Adblade and Advertising.com? I notice in various lists that Trafficvance and Leadimpact are put in one category and Adblade and Advertising.com are in another... But when I go to the respective sites of those 4 companies - I don't see any major differences.
I am looking for solid ad networks for Mobile and Web/Desktop... where bot / fraud clicks are kept to a minimum and solid traffic can be gained and it has a good bang for the buck. And where you can start on a smaller budget and work it up and can scale nicely if you have a campaign that's working. Any ideas? I am sure this info would be very helpful to a lot of people wandering into the media buy arena for a good traffic source.
PS - I know some of these companies work better with some verticals/categories than others... but if you can give me general info that would be helpful. I have seen long lists that some of you have put out... and I appreciate it... just trying to narrow down those lists and see what is working for people right now in Dec 2014 and better fits my "guidelines" above.
PSS - re-targeting... I know what it is with FB and Google in terms of people go to your website and then go back to facebook or google for example... and FB puts an ad for your site (for example) on their Feed or whatever... how does that work with some of these media ad networks?

Thanks for the link, I pretty much went through it all... and didn't find the answers that I was looking for which is why I ended up posting this thread. So if TV and LI is PPV... what are the others... any thoughts on the others?
Adblade and Advertising.com are text ads/banner ads on high traffic websites.
LeadImpact and TrafficVance is Adware pop-up contextual advertising. There's a limit on how many people have their adware installed... it's not every user on the internet.
