Have you guys had success with Web PIN offers?
Offers that have conversion flow of Web>>> Input cell # >>>> Confirm via text >>>>> conversion
I haven't been able to make anything work near the level I can with normal mobile pin submits, but I believe there is a ton of potential there.

I have had success promoting web submit offers on both mobile and web. A strong sense of urgency helps.
