hey, I want to promote an RU Adult offer ,but I have a problem on buying traffic .

Every major network; trafficjunky, trafficfactory, exoclick.

Go onto http://www.similarweb.com/country_ca...deration/adult and see what networks the Russian specific ones are using / if they have the advertising email link, email them.

Don't speak Russian? One hour translate a generic opening email that you can send to the webmasters and just insert there website into the blanks.

Oh man trust me you won't have an issue finding russian adult traffic.

All the platforms sciaq mentioned have it and generally goes for super cheap.

Its not a geo or vertical that we touch, but if you are paying in Russian rubles, it will be getting cheaper every second.

This would be one time where you definitely do NOT want to pay by credit card on FX.
