What up!?
I am new to this forum but not new to internet marketing, I've tried things in the past however had no real success with any of them, so I decided to take a step back, educate myself a bit more and I'm now returning and think that Facebook ads is the route I want to take.
From everything that I have read it seems that promoting games on Facebook seems to be a good entry point so I am considering this however I would maybe prefer to promote offers that I had more interest in in the future.
I was wondering what you experienced guys think of promoting travel related offers, and music / guitar related offers like actual products etc??

Travel and such offers are generally clean and safe to run, but may be hard to get profitable - particularly physical products.
There are some offers related to travel that are available on affiliate networks and can leverage Facebook's very granular targeting parameters, for sure.
As for music/guitar offers, were your thinking CJ/ShareASale/Amazon? These will be much harder to get traction on with paid traffic that doesn't have high purchase intent (e.g. Adwords).

Was just thinking out loud really wondering how you experienced guys decide what sort of offers to advertise? Do you have specific niches you like or do you speak to your affiliate managers and see whats hot?
I was thinking about starting with either games or daily deals as this seems like a good starting point, also was going to speak to affiliate managers at the CPA networks I'm applying for.
