Hello all, I already have a dedicated server for other purpose than advertising and now that Im getting into mobile I was wondering if it would still be worth it to host my lander/images on a cloud hosting since Im heading into international mobile.. server is in the usa so if I push offer in asian I guess that would be not too great latency wise, especially since I use

If you are running in Asia, use a CDN or an Asian-based VPS over anything hosted in the US.
This is more important for SEA... for Japan/South Korea for instance it probably won't matter as much since they likely have very good connectivity to the US.
Rule of thumb: moving server much closer to users >> better server.
